Fuel Up to Play 60
Beginning February 1, 2010, the students at Reagan Middle School will be participating in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program sponsored by the National Dairy Council and the NFL Movement of an active generation. The goal of this program is to work together to make smarter, healthier choices about what we eat and how active we should be.
Students will enter online what choices they have made regarding what they eat and whether they have had over 60 minutes of physical activity for the day. This program will be part of the physical education curriculum while students study nutrition, the heart, and how to take care of their bodies to have a healthy life.
