Forms available in the Learning Media Center

Scholastic Book order forms are provided for students each month at Logan Junior High. Students may pick-up forms in the Learning Media Center. The Logan Library then receives free books that are placed in circulation for all Logan Junior High students to check out. This year you are able to send checks (made to Scholastic), cash (correct amounts..please) or order online. Please see the information below to place an order online.
