Kindergarten Students Make Pumpkin Pie in a Cup

To celebrate Thanksgiving, kindergarten students made pumpkin pie in a cup. They took turns crushing graham crackers to make a crust. The ingredients were pre-measured in a bag to be mixed later for the pie, and the students enjoyed kneading the pudding mix. Students also graphed their data using the quesion, "Will you like pumpkin pie in a cup?" The results revealed a resounding "Yes!"

Lincoln Students Recognized for Trustworthiness

Lincoln Elementary District recognizes its Character Counts-Trustworthiness Winners. They will be treated to lunch at Pizza Hut on Friday, 11/22/19, compliments of the PES PreK-4th PTO. Jefferson Character Counts Winners for Responsibility

  Jefferson Elementary School held its Character Counts Assembly on Thursday, November 14th.  The awards were presented to two students from each 1st and 2nd grade classroom. One of the Six Pillars of Success is Responsibility and the students chosen need to be accountable. They also need to take responsibility for the results of what  you do and don’t do.
